This one is just so much fun. You learn how to identify and deactivate "triggers", so that you're not struggling with automatically doing your bad habit or unwanted behavior at particular times, places, and moments of your life.

This really frees you in so many powerful ways, because you no longer have to work so hard to avoid triggers.

For example, I haven't had alcohol for over 3 years, and my refrigerator and liquor cabinet have been stocked with alcohol all this time. My philosophy was that I was changing my behavior, not asking my wife or anyone else to change theirs. I simply made it easy to be able to see alcohol (on a daily basis, every time I open the fridge!) without having any interest in drinking it.

By all means, if you think it would be easier, better, and smarter to toss out all your alcohol, cigarettes, or anything else, go for it. I just relate this anecdote to let you know that it's possible -- and so much fun -- to identify and deactivate triggers, rather than ever fearing them or feeling helpless about them.

So it's a simple, fun, easy, and enjoyable way to stop being "triggered". And you'll learn how the Rapid Rewiring System plays nicely with it.

THE LIFE-CHANGING STORY TECHNIQUE FOR REWIRING THOUGHTS & BELIEFS THAT FUEL BAD HABITS AND ADDICTIONS (WEEK 3)

This is another one that's so much fun. It will really open your eyes to how quickly and easily you can deeply change your beliefs and the way you think about things -- when you really want to and you're open to it.

This system is a different system than the Rapid Rewiring System.

With the Rapid Rewiring System, you rewire all sorts of thoughts and beliefs behind the scenes without consciously doing it. For example, you use the Rapid Rewiring System to feel "unexpectedly good" not eating ice cream after dinner, like you do every night, and now your brain is forced to make sense of things, perhaps coming up with thoughts like "Maybe it's better to not eat ice cream after dinner."

The Life-Changing Story Technique is different, because you consciously identify thoughts that fuel your bad habits or addictions, and then rewire your brain to think differently so that you're no longer as wired for that behavior.

For example, you might identify thoughts or beliefs like "Ice cream is delicious", or "Ice cream makes me happy", for our ice cream example, and then rewire your brain so that these thoughts are no longer compelling you to eat more ice cream.

This is incredibly powerful to do. In fact, you could break free from a bad habit or addiction JUST by using the Life-Changing Story Technique, if you change enough thoughts and beliefs that are fueling your behavior.

I've developed quite a number of systems for deeply changing the way you think about things, and this is my favorite one. It makes changing your thoughts and beliefs easy, fun, and natural, without every trying to "brainwash" yourself to think differently.

As part of teaching this, I'll teach you all the different notes you want to hit to fully rewire your brain for a new way of thinking (where an old, problematic way of thinking isn't an issue anymore), and how the Life-Changing Story Technique hits all the notes for this.

In this case, we'll be using it to free ourselves from beliefs and ways of thinking that fuel bad habits and addictions, but you can use it for literally any thought or belief that you know is working against you in some way, and you'd rather be free of it.
